Delivery Guidelines for the HCTB Vision Board Kit

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp once your kit is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 4–6 business day

  • Non-Metro Cities / Remote Areas: 6–10 business days
     (Timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather, or location-based issues.)


Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Shiprocket etc.

Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared on email/WhatsApp after dispatch.

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing the order.

Payment & Refund Policy – HCTB Vision Board Kit

Payment Terms

  • We accept online payments only via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Your order will be confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • The HCTB Vision Board Kit is a non-refundable item.

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.


Exceptions – Damaged Product
We will offer a replacement or refund only if:
 

  • The product arrives damaged or with missing components

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video as proof


To raise a damage-related concern:
 

  1. Email us at hctbteam@gmail.com with your order ID and issue details

  2. Attach photos or video of the damaged product and packaging

  3. We will review and respond within 2–3 business days


Note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind, preference, or incorrect address entered at the time of order.


Payment & Refund Policy – HCTB Retreat Tickets

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required to confirm your retreat ticket.

  • We accept online payments only (UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards).

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD) or partial payments are accepted.

  • A tax invoice will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of successful payment.

 


Refund Policy

  • Retreat ticket bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Once your slot is confirmed, we block key arrangements including stay, meals, sessions, and workshop kits—hence, no refunds are permitted under normal circumstances.
     

 

Exceptions (Emergency Cases Only)
We understand that emergencies can happen. Refunds will be considered only in case of a genuine, unforeseen personal emergency (such as a medical issue or family crisis) and must meet the following conditions:
 

  1. A written refund request must be emailed to us within 48 hours of the incident.

  2. Valid proof (such as a medical certificate or relevant documentation) must be attached.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

  4. A processing fee may be deducted from the refund.


Note: Change of plans, scheduling conflicts, or non-critical reasons will not qualify for a refund.
